White Cosomopolitan Winter Cocktail Recipe

White Cosmopolitan:

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. of white cranberry cocktail juice
  • 1 oz. of white crème de cacao
  • ½ oz. of white chocolate liqueur
  • Cranberries
  • Shaved chocolate 

Preparation:

  1. Put ice in a cocktail mixer and combine cranberry cocktail juice, white crème de cacao and white chocolate liqueur
  2. Shake the mixture and strain it into a martini glass
  3. Wet the rim with water and dip in sugar. Pierce cranberries on a cocktail toothpick and place in the glass as a garnish
  4. Add sprinkles of shaved white chocolate to the top of the drink

The Blizzard

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey or rum
  • ½ oz. hazelnut liqueur
  • ½ oz. Irish cream liqueur
  • Hot coffee
  • Dollop of whipped cream

Preparation:

  1. In a glass coffee mug, stir together Irish whiskey or rum, hazelnut liqueur, and Irish cream liqueur
  2. Top with hot coffee and a dollop of whipped cream

    



Irish Coffee Winter Cocktail Recipe    

Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey
  • Heavy cream, slightly whipped

Preparation:

  1. Combine ingredients and shake with ice in a cocktail shaker
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist

 



White Russian Winter Cocktail Recipe 

White Russian

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. vodka
  • ¾ coffee liqueur
  • ¾ oz. light cream
  • 1 sprinkle nutmeg

Preparation:

  1. Pour the vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass
  2. Gently top with the cream
  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg

 

Berry Little Winter Cocktail Recipe

Berry Little Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 oz. champagne
  • 1 oz. ruby red grapefruit vodka
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1 oz. black currant juice
  • Candied cranberries

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve ½ cup sugar into 1 ½ cups water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat
  2. Add a cup of fresh cranberries and simmer for 5 minutes or until softened
  3. Remove from the stove and let it cool
  4. Strain your berries and place them on a tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  5. Mix together champagne, ruby red grapefruit vodka, cranberry juice, and black currant juice in a champagne glass
  6. Garnish with a skewer of 4 or 5 frozen candied cranberries
